Accountable Communication TechnologySM (ACT) Training - Four and One-half day foundation training.

An intensive workshop presenting an integrated, congruent approach to understanding and improving relationships. This workshop goes far beyond traditional behavioral approaches and is designed to equip participants with the skills to transform groups and organizations into motivated, empowered, productive units. The training enhances your awareness of defenses, and their costs and consequences to you, your team, and your organization.

Accountable Communication TechnologySM (ACT) Training - Three-part Series

The ACT Foundation Training, but delivered in three parts in a 45-day period. The five weeks between the sessions is bridged with intensive telephone consultation using the BWL Continuous Improvement Guide which focuses on solving “real” business problems.

Part I: Two-plus Days

Part II: Five Weeks, ½ hour per week telephone consultation

An intensive workshop that further teaches the concepts of intention, openness, accountability, and awareness through a mixture of group and individual exercises.
